What personal information do we collect?

All personal information is collected to be used to provide goods and services such as shipping details to send you your products or emails to send you promotional materials, digital products and newsletters.
You do not have to provide us with your personal information. Where possible, we will give you the option to interact with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. However, if you choose to deal with us in this way or choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our services or otherwise interact with you.
How do we use your personal information?
Your information is used to provide you with the requested goods and services. You may opt in to receive promotional material or newsletters, but can unsubscribe at any time. Your personal data is not used beyond the basics needed to provide your goods and services.
We will not keep your personal information for longer than we need to. In most cases, this means that we will only retain your personal information for the duration of your relationship with us unless we are required to retain your personal information to comply with applicable laws, for example record-keeping obligations.

Terms
I, Imke Breayley, own all the rights to my art and artworks and am a registered sole trader. No AI is used in the creation of my artworks and all works are created and made by me. I do not give permission for my art or artworks to be used to train any AI models of any kind.
All goods and services provided are covered by Australian Consumer Law and returns are detailed within our Returns Policy.
PROMOTIONS
Prices on goods and services are able to change at any time. Promotional deals will end after a set date as detailed by the promotion. Once this date has passed the promotion will no longer be offered or be able to be redeemed.
COMMISSIONS
Prices for Commissions are quotes and unexpected materials costs, serious brief changes or changed timelines can result in extended fees.
Deposits for comossions are non-refundable. For more information please consult our Returns Policy.
The quoted timeline of a commission is subject to change if an unforeseen circumstance such as material delays, shipping issues or personal issues (e.g injury, personal tragedy), occur. In the unlikely event that this occurs, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
You are entitled up to three Brief revisions per formal commission. Further revisions will come at an additional $20 AUD per revision, before the item goes into production. Timelines will also be managed in accordance with each new revision, meaning a new agreed upon deadline will be set and the original deadline becomes invalid. Once an item is in production, if you wish to make further revisions you must pay 50% to 80% of the total quoted price of the commission depending on how far into production the item is.
